Stated plainly
Policy is dated, not live
Every answer shows when it was last verified, and one older than six months says so on its face. A lender changes policy without telling anybody.
The live site is not this
The Briefcase site still runs the earlier green system. Bringing it onto these tokens is a separate job that nobody has started.
